THE BAKER FAMILY
"The Baker Train", under the leadership of
Captain John Twitty Baker, gathered, and made their preparations for their
journey, in the area of William C. Beller's homestead at Milum Spring (also
called Caravan Spring) in Crooked Creek Township, Carroll County, Arkansas, near
the location of Minerva Ann (Beller) Baker's late father's store called "Beller's Stand".
